Speaking Engagements · Empowering Human Potential
Dr Ari speaks.
Keynotes, presentations and workshops for workplaces, conferences and events.
Physical, cognitive and emotional performance, from the inside out.
It starts with the nervous system.
Every talk is designed around your organisation and your audience.
For workplaces
For the people your business relies on most.
High-value people are often the most stretched. They are expected to stay sharp, steady and creative under constant demand.
Dr Ari’s corporate talks look at performance through the system that runs all of it: the nervous system, Your Master Regulator. The perspective is his own. He developed Premium Vitality, his Whole-Person approach, built on four keys: Your Master Regulator, the Survival Cycle, the 4 Levels of Spiraling Health and the 3 Pulse Integration Process. It draws on more than 40 years in practice and over 25,000 people cared for. It is a performance talk from a different angle, about how people adapt, recover and keep their capacity rather than how to push harder.

Designed around you
Your topic, your theme, your timeframe.
Nothing is off the shelf. The topic, theme, length and format are all shaped with you, around your organisation’s needs and your audience’s interests.
Each engagement is quoted individually, according to the format, duration and location.
Tell us about your event
Who will be in the room, what you want them to take away, and how much time there is.
Dr Ari shapes the talk
Topic, theme and format designed for that audience and that occasion.
He presents
In person, at your venue, in Melbourne, interstate or further afield. Or at ours: the Centre in Fitzroy comfortably seats 25 to 30 people.
Suggested topics
Built for high performers.
Six starting points, out of countless.
Each one can go in many directions, and any of them can be combined.
The depth and duration are set by your organisation.

The high-performance nervous system
Why capacity, not effort, sets the ceiling on performance, and why the nervous system, Your Master Regulator, is where that capacity lives.
Mental agility under pressure
What pressure does to thinking and decision-making, and what keeps a mind flexible when the stakes are high.
Recovery as a performance skill
The edge high performers rarely talk about: how quickly they come back down after demand.
Focus and the cognitive edge
Attention as a finite resource, and how to protect it in a world built to interrupt it.
Adaptability: the new performance metric
Coping gets people through. Adapting builds capacity for the next demand, and the one after that.
Leading from a steady state
How a leader’s own state carries through a team, a meeting and a culture.
Stress, performance, focus, energy, coping and adapting: each has many versions.
Tell us what your people are facing, and the talk is built from there.
