We guarantee you will be satisfied with our service, otherwise there is no obligation on you to continue with us.
We allow extra time on your first visits to thoroughly assess your individual situation and concerns, so we are never rushed in getting to know you.
If you don’t feel your assessment was as thorough as we’ve described, tell us on the day of your assessment and we won’t charge you for it. To qualify, you must let us know on the day.
You’ll be shown strategies to help yourself, including our 13-part Vitality By Design series: included at no extra charge while you’re in care.

We will regularly monitor your progress and keep you informed throughout your care, so you always know where you are and what to look forward to.
You will always know the costs in advance, before any services are rendered. Our policy is to clearly explain all procedures and fees ahead of time, no surprises, no hidden charges. Assessments start from $148, or from $297 when low-dose digital x-ray imaging is needed. Whether x-rays or any further testing are needed is determined during your assessment, and confirmed with you by Dr Ari.
