    Since people all respond uniquely, we can’t guarantee results, but we can guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If at anytime within your first three visits to our centre, you’re not completely delighted with your decision to consult us, we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us, and guide you to make other care arrangements.
    While more visits may be necessary for you, this introductory period should be sufficient for you to know that consulting us was a wise and appropriate decision.
  2. “No Help, No Charge” Guarantee
    On your initial visit, if we feel that we can’t help you, then we won’t charge you. You have nothing to lose. It could not be fairer.
  3. No Obligation!
    We guarantee you will be satisfied with our service, otherwise there is no obligation on you to continue with us.
  4. Extra Time and Focused Attention
    We allow for extra time on your first visits, to thoroughly assess your individual situation and concerns, so we are not rushed in getting to know you. On every visit, you will enjoy our undivided attention in helping you to improve your health and well-being. If you feel you need extra attention, we schedule additional one-on-one sessions for you.
  5. Comprehensive Assessment
    We guarantee that if you have ever previously experienced a more thorough assessment (of its kind) than the one you experience with us, and advise us on that visit, we will refund the money you paid us for your assessment with us.
  6. Self-help Strategies
    You will be shown strategies to help yourself, including our weekly 12 Lifestyle Mastery Presentation™ series of classes, which your family members can attend at no additional charge, while you are in care, as well as other workshops and guest presenters. These will educate and empower you towards a healthier body and healthier life.

    We provide terrific value for the services we offer, with flexible options for payment, including family rates.
  8. Personal Monitoring Guarantee
    We guarantee that we will regularly monitor your progress, and keep you appraised of this, throughout the duration of your care, so you will know where you are up to and what you can look forward to.

    We have ample parking and are centrally located in Victoria Parade, opposite Eastbourne Apartments and Freemason’s Hospital, and offer extended consulting hours for your convenience, including mornings and late evenings, as well as Sunday evenings. We are close to trams and buses, and are just on the outer edge of the CBD.
