Know your options for exercise strategies, and whether you are better off with traditional 2-D movements or Functional 3-D movements.
Develop you process of determining what your purpose is to exercise, so you can make the best choice so exercise you do. Be aware of the potential pitfalls and risks, so you don’t do more harm than good.
